Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Fetchski Collective, Inc. ("Fetchski," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares information through the Fetchski CloudKennel website and associated CloudKennel accounts and services (the "Service"). CloudKennel provides reservation and operations tools for pet-care businesses and their authorized users.

2. Google sign-in through WorkOS

When you choose to sign in with Google, WorkOS handles authentication for CloudKennel. We receive basic Google account information such as your name, email address, email verification status, profile picture when available, and a unique account identifier. We use this information to create or identify your CloudKennel account, sign you in, display your profile, and protect access to the Service.

Google sign-in does not give us your Google password. Our Google sign-in connection requests basic identity permissions only; it does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar, or Google contacts.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or remarketing, or use it to train artificial intelligence models. We share it only as needed to operate and secure sign-in and your account, including with WorkOS and our hosting providers, or as required by law. Fetchski's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

You can remove the Google connection through your Google Account connections settings. Removing access stops future access through that connection; it does not automatically delete your existing CloudKennel account or information. Contact us to request deletion.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide the Service, manage accounts and permissions, process requests and reservations, respond to support inquiries, send requested updates and service communications, troubleshoot problems, and prevent fraud or misuse. We may use technical information to understand performance and improve reliability.

Pet-care businesses decide what customer and operational information they enter and who may access it. We process that information on their behalf to provide the Service. We are responsible for information used for our own account administration, website subscriptions, and support.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information with providers that help deliver the Service, including WorkOS for authentication, hosting and infrastructure providers, and email delivery providers such as Postmark. Our website uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated abuse; its processing is described in Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Information within a business account is accessible to that business and its authorized users according to their permissions. If you choose to connect another service, information necessary for that connection may be sent to the provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, our users, or others. Information may be transferred in a merger, acquisition, or sale, subject to applicable privacy obligations and the Google user data restrictions above.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The website and authentication services may use cookies and similar technologies for sessions, sign-in, verification, and abuse prevention. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or other features from working.

6. Storage, security, and retention

We store account and service information in our systems and those of our service providers. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including secure connections and access controls. No system is completely secure.

We retain account information, including Google profile information, while needed to maintain your account and provide the Service. We retain subscription information until you unsubscribe or request deletion, and support and security records for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Business records are retained according to the applicable service agreement and the business's instructions.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Some records may be retained to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect against fraud; backup copies may remain until they expire through normal backup rotation.

7. Your choices and requests

Email support@fetchski.com to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information, including information received through Google sign-in. We may verify your identity before acting and will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may have additional privacy rights depending on where you live, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

For records managed by a pet-care business, contact that business first; we can assist it with your request. To stop launch or marketing updates, use an unsubscribe link when provided or contact support. Essential account and security messages may still be sent while you use the Service.

8. Children

The Service is intended for pet-care businesses and adult users, and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice of material changes where required. If we seek additional Google permissions or change how we use Google data, we will disclose that use and obtain consent where required before proceeding.
